Is the free tier really free forever?+

Yes. As long as you stay within the limits — 1 menu, 50 items, 2,000 scans per month — there is no charge and no card on file. The Hypeify footer on your menu is how we keep it that way.

What happens if I hit a free-tier limit?+

Nothing breaks. We tell you in-app, your menu keeps serving customers, and you can upgrade in one click. We never disable a live menu over a billing limit.

Do I need design skills?+

No. Hypeify is built for non-designers. If you can take a photo of a menu, you can use it. AI import handles the typing.

How does the SMS opt-in process work?+

We require explicit opt-in for every contact, automatically include 'Reply STOP to opt out' in promotional messages, and honor STOP/HELP keywords in real time. This is on Growth.

Can I cancel any time?+

Yes — one click. No retention dark patterns. We hold your data read-only for 60 days in case you change your mind, then export and purge.

Do you offer a trial of paid plans?+

Yes. Pro and Growth both include a 14-day free trial with no card up-front. The first 30 days after a paid charge are also fully refundable.

Do you support multiple locations?+

Growth is sized for multi-location operators (up to 5 locations). The multi-location dashboard itself is on the Q3-2026 roadmap — until then, each location runs on its own Hypeify account. We'll migrate you onto the shared dashboard the moment it ships.
